Late last year we celebrated our 90th Anniversary and decided to mark this wonderful milestone with the opening of a fantastic, modern new office on Whitehills Business Park in July to accommodate our growing team and improve our customer experience. [We may have mentioned this once or twice!]
Rawcliffe & Co are very proud of our reputation as a training practice and have really begun to reap the benefits of developing talent in house. We have excellent staff retention levels and strive to offer people starting out in this industry a real future and career. We are also proud of our links within the local community and have built strong relationships with a number of organisations. We take part in various local community finance groups as well providing free book keeping services and accounts preparation for a local charity.
We are a very commercially minded practice and work with our clients as advisers wherever possible. Rawcliffe maintains a fantastic network of fellow professionals that we have built over our many decades in business which enables to assist our clients in all aspects of their businesses. We also, where appropriate, bridge relationships between clients, creating business collaborations such as retailers & manufacturers or helping clients wishing to sell their business find buyers.
After our move to new premises in July we had a review of our systems and identified areas where we could further maximise efficiency. This lead to investment in our software with a brand new integrated system that has streamlined many of our processes. It has also improved client interface meaning requests for information can be responded to immediately, providing a seamless service.
