Malcolm joined Rawcliffe & Co in 1976 and having qualified as a Chartered Accountant was admitted as a partner in 1983. He is now deals with all general accountancy and taxation matters and statutory audits.
In his spare time Malcolm enjoys cooking, eating out and spending time with his family.
Not only is Joe a specialist in business development and recovery; he is also able to give expert advice for start-ups as well as on the appropriate legal framework for any type of business. Joe was welcomed as a partner in 2008 and is passionate about delivering high standards and developing services within the practice. He recently became a father for a second time and enjoys spending time with his two sons and playing squash.
Ian became a partner in 2008 having followed in the footsteps of his father, John Harrison, a partner at Rawcliffe’s for over 30 years and Ian was also a prize winning student during his studies with ICAEW. He is currently an Audit partner within the practice and is highly experienced in trust, estate and charity work. Ian is an active member of various finance committees within the community and loves spending his free time with his family.
A specialist in the audit of solicitors’ practices and other professional businesses, Kirsten became a partner in 2011. She deals with all general accountancy and taxation matters and is a specialist accountancy practitioner in the medical sector. Kirsten was also a prize winning student during her studies with ICAEW. As a partner Kirsten always endeavours to exemplify best practice and promote equal opportunities. Kirsten loves spending time with her two sons, as well as skiing and eating out.
A partner since 1996, David’s specialist areas cover small business accounts, taxation planning, HMRC enquiries, Sage software implementation and advice, and financial services. He has previously worked in an insolvency department and has significant knowledge in this area. He also holds the key role of Audit Compliance Partner within the practice. David likes to spend his free time with family and going hill walking.
Having had 30 years of experience in accountancy, there is very little that Brian isn’t an expert in however he chooses to specialise in franchisor and franchisee businesses. Brian is a keen outdoorsman and likes to travel to the Lake District in his spare time to enjoy a variety of pursuits.
As well as being a highly efficient Office Manager, Donna is also the Payroll Manger and works with her team to provide an excellent payroll service for a vast range of businesses. Donna is one of the longest serving members of the Rawcliffe & Co team and although we won’t reveal the exact date of when Donna started, let’s just say that the perm and shoulder pads she wore for her first day at work were VERY fashionable at the time. In her spare time Donna loves dog walking and spending time with family.
Kevin began working for Rawcliffe & Co in 2010. He is a Manager for the Accounts Team and he is training towards his certified qualification. Kevin is an avid gamer and movie buff. He also likes reading and taking care of his cats and dogs.

Adrian joined Rawcliffe & Co in July of 2011. He is an Assistant Manager for the Accounts preparation department and also a ACCA Trainee. Outside of work, Adrian loves to spend time with his children.

Rebecca is a Supervisor for our Accounts Preparation Team and has worked at Rawcliffe & Co since August 2012. Rebecca is AAT qualified and achieved a First Class BA hons degree in accounting in 2014. She is currently studying for her ACCA qualification. Rebecca enjoys watching football, snooker and F1 in her free time as well as spending time with her niece and nephews.

Adam is AAT qualified and highly skilled in completing business accounts, personal and partnership tax returns, VAT returns and audits. Adam is also highly skilled in bass guitar and can regularly be seen on weekends playing at various venues around Blackpool with his rock band.

Sadie has joined our Accounts team. Sadie is an experienced legal cashier and has worked as an Accountant in the legal sector for many years.
Christine joined in November 2001 and her role includes bookkeeping, VAT Returns –and Payroll. In her spare time Christine likes to play darts, crafts, going to concerts socialising with friends and family taking part in 5k runs for cancer research.

Fern is our Business Development Manager in addition to working on the front desk at our Blackpool Office. Many of you may have already spoken to Fern as hers is the lovely voice that first greets you on the telephone when calling Rawcliffe & Co. Fern really enjoys working in business & finance and wishes to further her career in this sector through attaining the relevant qualifications.
When she’s not entertaining everyone at Rawcliffe HQ Fern loves going to the gym, sunny holidays and spending time with her friends.
Michael began working as an Accounts Preparation Clerk for Rawcliffe & Co in August of 2014 and is currently studying for his AAT level 2 qualification. This role includes preparing and submitting VAT returns, accounts and personal tax returns. Michael loves football and is a massive Liverpool FC fan. He also enjoys watching films, reading and gaming.

Rebecca began working for Rawcliffe & Co in October of 2016 and her role involves book keeping and preparing tax returns.
In her spare time Rebecca enjoys training at a mixed martial arts gym and at home she likes making her own candles.
Robert began working in our Accounts Preparation team in October of 2016.
In his spare time Robert likes to play the Guitar as well as video games.
Morgan joined the team as an Apprentice in June 2016 and works in our VAT department. He is currently studying for his AAT Level 2.
Morgan spends his free time playing football, participating in athletics and spending time with his friends and family.
Andrea commenced work at Rawcliffe’s in March of 2017 as a Payroll Clerk and is studying the Sage 50 Payroll Self Study Course.
Andrea likes to read and garden in her spare time as well as walking in the park with her children.
Paul trained with the long-established local practice of Goorney & Taylor, which was acquired by Rawcliffe’s in 2011, subsequently becoming a consultant. Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and specialises in small business accounts and personal taxation. In his spare time Paul enjoys photography and travel. He is a trustee of the Blackpool Heritage Trust and is on the committees of the Fylde Tramway Society and the North Western & Yorkshire branch of the Omnibus Society.
Jim began working for Rawcliffe and Co in January of 2017 as our Business development Manager/Consultant.
Jim enjoys eating out, tinkering modified cars and partaking in track days!
A former partner of Rawcliffe & Co, John has gained extensive knowledge in the fields of insolvency, business recovery, forensic accounting and off-shore taxation.
In 1990 Linda began working as a secretary with Goorney & Taylor (acquired by Rawclife & Co in 2011). Linda’s main duties are collating information, preparation and filing of self-assessment tax returns, keeping the company diary to ensure filing deadlines are met and general office duties and correspondence. In her spare time Linda’s main hobby is fell walking and she runs a fell walking club with her husband. Linda also enjoys birdwatching and attending Zumba classes.
David came to work for Edward Rawcliffe & Co straight from school in 1971 and has been with the practice ever since. He deals with accounts preparation, corporation tax, VAT and has also helped develop software packages. In his spare time David likes gardening, DIY and maintaining his tropical aquarium.
Vikki began working for Rawcliffe & Co in August 2014. Her role includes managing Rawcliffe’s website, social media assets and email campaigns. In her spare time Vikki enjoys upcycling, interior design and creative writing.

Michael joined us as a consultant in 2008, upon our acquisition of the established practice M. Barnfather & Co. He has over thirty years of experience in dealing with all general accountancy matters.
