The 11th of July marks our one year anniversary of being based at our office on Whitehills!
We opened the new Rawcliffe HQ as part of our 90th anniversary celebrations as well as to better accommodate our growing team and to improve our client experience. This modern brand-new building offers open plan working space with full disabled access, onsite parking and conference rooms. The new location means we are close to other professional services as well as being next to the motorway for better access. We also have an amazing coffee machine in reception as well as a fantastic wall vinyl of Blackpool Tower on the stairwell!
The last 12 months has brought in a lot of positive change. We have upgraded our systems through investment in our software with a brand new integrated system that has streamlined many of our processes and we have also invested heavily in staff and in equipment. The introduction of Dropbox Business means we are now offering clients the opportunity to access a complete history of their year-end accounts and share files with us at the click of a button.
As a result of our large investment we have received business accolades and in March of this year we were Finalists at the 2017 Red Rose Awards within the Financial Services Category. This September we will be attending the Chamber of Commerce’s award ceremony as Finalists in the Professional Services Category and the Employer of the Year Category. Rawcliffe & Co also had a fantastic two-page feature in the January/February edition of Lancashire Business View in which our long history, recent achievements and future plans were covered.
