Flood Update

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, however we just wanted to give you an update on the flood situation at our Whitehills Business Park office.

Thanks to our hard working team, who really pulled out all the stops, we have great pleasure in announcing that we are now fully up and running from both our Poulton and Bispham office. All staff are now fully operational.

Our IT team have been working round the clock to build us a new cloud based server and restore all our data. Thanks to their efforts, our systems and phones are now fully working and back online. So our teams are working to clear the small backlog of work as we speak and normal service should be resumed in no time at all.

If you need to drop records off in person, please do so at either our Bispham or Poulton offices only, as the Blackpool office is unmanned, except for the insurance people. The post has been redirected from our Blackpool office, as of 1st November, so anything outstanding has now been forwarded on to us. Under no circumstances should anyone be travelling to the Blackpool office, as you cannot enter the building, for health and safety reasons.

We would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support and understanding. We shall keep you updated, but for now, we continue to ask for you to bear with us and apologies again for any inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that we have everything in hand.

Kind Regards,

Rawcliffe & Co
